Castle Inn

This hotel was reasonably priced (for the area) and nice. Our room was clean and comfortable and even had an electric fireplace (not all of them do). The staff was great--helped us carry our luggage upstairs and even mailed me my backup glasses that I left in the room. It is across the street from the ocean, but several of the rooms have a partial ocean and sunset view. Most of them looked out on the parking lot and pool but were very quiet and may have had a little view. The free breakfast had pancakes, toast, muffins, coffee, and juice and was good. We would stay there again.

This is an excellent place situated directly across the street from the beach. It offers a quiet atmosphere and is both affordable and impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Great place to stay in Cambria California. Rooms are clean and recently remodeled. They also have air conditioning which is a big plus. Hotel is right across the street from the beach and there’s a wooden walkway between the street and the beach that is about a mile long which is nice to walk anytime of the day.

Great stay. It's clean, modern and quiet. The bathroom is a bit on the smaller side but overall it was a great experience.

A last minute trip plan which led me to Castle Inn, but it became a core memory for me. Check in was easy, and the staff were friendly + welcoming, starting the stay off great. The room is simple, but it was spacious! Loved the amenities they had, and even with one night here I was able to use them all with ease. The pool is heated, and they have heaters around to help warm you up after a swim. Along with a fire pit. If it’s too cold like it was that night, the hot tub is great for soaking and looking up at the stars. In the morning my partner and I took a walk along the boardwalk which is across the road. One of the highlights of my time on the central coast. Missing this stay as I’m writing this review. Will definitely be back!

So this Inn was really nice. Super super clean! Provided a mini frig, microwave, coffee/tea maker, shampoo/Conditioner bodywash and even cookies! We loved the outdoor spa and the gas fire pit with plenty of relaxing chairs around with beautiful coast views, listening and watching the waves crash on the rocks & shore! The amazing boardwalk through this area along the shore is excellent for exercise and fun or romantic strolls! Very quiet and peaceful! Access is literally a hop and skip across the little road between the Inns and beach! Simple breakfast is served here, but won't be your scrambled eggs, bacon etc. They have a pancake maker, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit and juice. All around this place is simple, clean, centrally located and very friendly! Staff was suburb with professionalism! We will stay here again.

Great location (basically on the water!) and nice amenities: hot tub, pool, fireplace. The only thing is, nobody came in to give us new towels, make the bed, etc. so I didn’t feel like I got the full hotel experience.

I just returned from 2 night's here. Great room, staff and view. Shout out to Jack and Tye!! I will definitely be back
